My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was comfortable and clean, but had a slight moldy smell in the toilet. The location was excellent, right by the seafront and close to amenities. The dining experience varied, with a good breakfast on one day but limited options on another. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel had great views of the sea, and the manager was extremely pleasant and helpful. However, the room needed a good clean and was small. Breakfast was very good, but the barmaid and waitress were lovely and helpful. The location was fantastic for our visit to Venue Cymru, but there was a very strange smell in the room.

The hotel room cost more due to my booking mistake, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The old-fashioned room, especially the bathroom, could use some updating, despite efforts like glossing the paint. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a good choice for future visits.

The location was great, within walking distance of the pier, cable car, and town center. Easy to find with welcoming service, making it a good choice for future stays.
Dining

The dining experience was a bit of a shambles with repeated errors in our orders. The staff, though lovely, seemed overwhelmed and could benefit from more help during busy times.
Facilities

The hotel offered bear beach access, making it convenient for guests. However, improvements could be made in the dining service to enhance the overall experience.
